# Bermuda

Company data from the Bermuda business register, through the Topograph API.

## Overview

Topograph reads Bermuda Registrar of Companies and returns the company profile and legal representatives of Bermuda companies through one API.

Search by entity name or registration number, then request company data with the registration number returned by search.

Prefill mode returns the identity of the entity and whether the register classes it as active. Verification mode returns the full public record, with the registered office and the legal representatives: the directors of a company, the managers of a limited liability company or the general partners of a partnership.

- **[Bermuda Registrar of Companies](https://www.registrarofcompanies.gov.bm/)**: The official register of companies, partnerships and permit companies in Bermuda, kept by the Registrar of Companies. Its online register publishes each entity's name, registration number, entity type and registration date, and, on request, its status, registered office, directors, share capital and filing history.

## Identifiers

Request a company by its Registration Number as the `id`, with `countryCode` set to `BM`. Its format, validation rules and an example value are in the full reference.
