Company data from the Brazil business register, through the Topograph API.

## Overview

Topograph reads Receita Federal (CNPJ) and CVM and returns the company profile, legal representatives, other key persons, shareholders and subsidiaries of Brazil companies through one API.

> **Warning**
> **Brazil is served in prefill mode only.** Pass `"mode": "prefill"` on `/v2/company`. Without it, or with `"mode": "verification"`, each datapoint fails with `authoritative_source_unavailable`: the public CNPJ data is a periodic publication, not a current answer from the register.

## Identifiers

Request a company by its CNPJ (Cadastro Nacional da Pessoa Jurídica) as the `id`, with `countryCode` set to `BR`. Its format, validation rules and an example value are in the full reference.
