The public business database exposes legal name, 11-digit entity ID, status, entity form, formation date, jurisdiction, principal office address, registered agent name/address, filing history, certificates, and PDF images of filed documents. Colorado does not require entities to file owner, officer, director, member, manager, or shareholder information with the Secretary of State; that information is kept in the entity records at the principal office.

## Identifiers

Request a company by its Colorado SOS Entity ID as the `id`, with `countryCode` set to `US-CO`. Its format, validation rules and an example value are in the full reference.
