A company profile typically comes back from the register in 2 s in prefill mode and 2 s in verification mode. These are typical observations, not a service-level commitment: set your timeouts well above them.

Covers ~1.1M active entities including domestic and foreign profit corporations, LLCs, LPs, LLLPs, LLPs, nonprofits and benefit corporations. The register publishes entity name, control number, status, formation date, principal office, registered agent, corporate officers and declared partnership roles. LLCs have no officer roster. No shareholder or beneficial-owner disclosure at the state level (federal FinCEN BOI scope).
