Surfaced through the Hawaii Business Express portal, the register publishes legal name, file number, business type (Domestic Profit Corporation, Domestic LLC, foreign profit corporation, professional corporation, limited partnership, cooperative, and the rest of the HRS taxonomy), status, registration date, principal and mailing addresses, term, registered agent name and address, and the officer / director / manager / member / general partner roster filed with the entity. For a member-managed company, a general partnership or a limited liability partnership, that roster is also its complete list of owners. Each record carries a register-issued Trade Register Extract PDF that mirrors the public detail page.
