A company profile typically comes back from the register in 3 s in prefill mode and 3 s in verification mode. These are typical observations, not a service-level commitment: set your timeouts well above them.

The public portal supports business-name and file-number search and exposes legal name, file number, business type, filing status, filing date, renewal due date, registered office and principal executive office addresses, filing history, and filed registered agents / managers / officers when available. The Secretary of State also offers monthly zipped CSV bulk data by request through MBLS Portal Transaction History; delivery requires an account and, for commercial users, a license agreement and fee.
