Covers every domestic and foreign entity registered under the Nebraska Revised Statutes: for-profit corporations and limited liability companies (NRS Chapter 21, including the Nebraska Model Business Corporation Act and the Nebraska Uniform Limited Liability Company Act), nonprofit corporations (NRS Chapter 21 Article 19, the Nebraska Nonprofit Corporation Act), general and limited partnerships and limited liability partnerships (NRS Chapter 67), cooperatives (NRS Chapter 21, Articles 13 and 14), state-chartered banks (NRS Chapter 8), and insurance companies (NRS Chapter 44), as well as trade name, trademark and service mark registrations. Each entity is assigned a numeric SOS Account Number that serves as the primary identifier across every register lookup. Topograph reads the live Corporate and Business Search portal at nebraska.gov/sos/corp, which covers every entity in the register (active and inactive) and exposes the corporate officer roster, principal-office address, registered agent and biennial-report filing history; its detail page is the printable Trade Register Extract.
