The public QuickStart portal at quickstart.sos.nh.gov publishes every domestic and foreign for-profit and nonprofit corporation, limited liability company, limited partnership, limited liability partnership, professional association, trade name, and trademark filed in New Hampshire. Each entity is assigned an NH Business ID, a variable-length identifier. The register exposes legal name, business type, current status (Active, Good Standing, Dissolved, Expired, Merged, Administratively Dissolved, Administratively Suspended, Non-Qualified), management style (LLC), citizenship of formation, business creation and home-jurisdiction formation dates, principal and mailing addresses, business and notification emails, phone number, fiscal year end date, the last and next annual report years, duration, principal purpose with NAICS rows, the full list of officers, directors, managers, members and partners with titles and business addresses, the registered agent with office and mailing addresses, associated trade names, and trade-name ownership rows.
