Covers every domestic and foreign corporation, limited liability company, limited partnership, and non-profit registered in New Jersey. The public name-and-ID search surfaces the business name, 10-digit entity identifier, home city, entity type, and incorporation date. Richer data (registered agent, addresses, officer or member listings, annual report history, status) is only available through its Business Records Service.

## Identifiers

Request a company by its NJ Entity ID as the `id`, with `countryCode` set to `US-NJ`. Its format, validation rules and an example value are in the full reference.
