- **[Oklahoma Secretary of State, Business Services Division](https://www.sos.ok.gov/corp/)**: Official Oklahoma business entity register maintained by the Business Services Division of the Oklahoma Secretary of State. Covers every domestic and foreign for-profit corporation, nonprofit corporation, limited liability company, limited partnership, limited liability partnership, and cooperative association formed in or qualified to do business in Oklahoma. Each entity is assigned a 10-digit Filing Number that serves as the primary identifier across every register lookup. The public portal at sos.ok.gov/corp exposes a name-search and an Entity Summary page per entity with legal name, status, legal form, jurisdiction, formation date, and the registered agent. No bulk-data extract is published for business entities, so every request is resolved live against the portal.

Returns the entity's officer, director, and general-partner roster (PRINCIPALS), the principal-office address, the active commercial tradenames (DBAs), the duration, the legal-name history, and the full filing history. It reads the same Business Services Division dataset as the public Entity Summary, with fields the summary does not show.
