A company profile typically comes back from the register in 1 s in prefill mode and 70 s in verification mode. These are typical observations, not a service-level commitment: set your timeouts well above them.

The public Clerk's Information System (CIS) public search returns the entity name, SCC ID, entity type, entity status, formation/qualification dates, period of duration, industry code, jurisdiction, principal office address, and the current registered agent. Stock-corporation detail pages additionally publish a Principal Information table with the officer/director roster (title, name, address, last-updated date) and total share count.
