The public Online Data Services search exposes legal name, organization number, organization type, charter type (domestic / foreign) and profit / non-profit class, effective and filing dates, status with termination reason, business purpose (a NAICS-based industry code with a full description), authorized shares, capital stock and par value, the four registered address types (principal office, designated office, notice-of-process / registered agent, and mailing), officers and directors with their addresses, registered trade names (DBAs), mergers, amendments, and annual-report filing history. Shareholders and beneficial owners are not collected at the state level.
