A company profile typically comes back from the register in 1 s (approx.) in prefill mode and 20 s in verification mode. These are typical observations, not a service-level commitment: set your timeouts well above them.

Covers every profit corporation, nonprofit corporation, LLC, limited partnership, registered limited liability partnership, statutory trust, trade name, and trademark filed in Wyoming. Each entity carries a Filing ID (format YYYY-NNNNNNNNN) that uniquely identifies it. The WyoBiz portal exposes searchable entity profiles with the legal name, filing type, registration date, current status, principal office address, registered agent, and disclosed parties (officers, organizers, partners).
