  • Official Alaska business entity register maintained by the Division of Corporations, Business and Professional Licensing inside the Alaska Department of Commerce. Covers every entity formed or registered under Title 10 of the Alaska Statutes: business corporations (AS 10.06), nonprofit corporations (AS 10.20), professional corporations (AS 10.45), limited liability companies (AS 10.50), limited partnerships and limited liability partnerships, cooperative associations, and the assumed/fictitious 'business name' registrations filed under AS 10.35. Each entity is assigned an Alaska Entity Number: up to 8 digits for entities in the current numbering (e.g. 10310827), or digits followed by a `D`, `F`, `PD` or `PF` suffix for older entities (e.g. 1089D, formed 1937). The CBP public portal exposes the full entity profile for any registered entity (legal name and name variants, current status, AK formation date, duration / expiration, home state, next biennial-report due date, entity mailing and physical addresses), the registered agent with mailing and physical addresses, the officials roster with titles (Director, Officer, Member, Shareholder, President, Secretary, Treasurer, and others) and ownership percentage where reported, and the full filing history.
