Official Ohio business entity register maintained by the Ohio Secretary of State. Two channels are used: (1) the public Business Search at businesssearch.ohiosos.gov, read live for the entity profile, the statutory agent, prior names and the filing list; (2) the monthly Business Reports, published on the second Saturday of each month, covering new business filings and subsequent filings (mergers, dissolutions, cancellations, reinstatements and amendments).
