Official Oklahoma business entity register maintained by the Business Services Division of the Oklahoma Secretary of State. Covers every domestic and foreign for-profit corporation, nonprofit corporation, limited liability company, limited partnership, limited liability partnership, and cooperative association formed in or qualified to do business in Oklahoma. Each entity is assigned a 10-digit Filing Number that serves as the primary identifier across every register lookup. The public portal at sos.ok.gov/corp exposes a name-search and an Entity Summary page per entity with legal name, status, legal form, jurisdiction, formation date, and the registered agent. No bulk-data extract is published for business entities, so every request is resolved live against the portal.
"View Entity Detail" product issued per entity by the Oklahoma Secretary of State through its subscriber portal. Returns the entity's officer, director, and general-partner roster (PRINCIPALS), the principal-office address, the active commercial tradenames (DBAs), the duration, the legal-name history, and the full filing history. It reads the same Business Services Division dataset as the public Entity Summary, with fields the summary does not show.
