Official Missouri business entity register maintained by the Secretary of State. The public Business Filings portal exposes legal name, Missouri Business Identification Number (BIN), entity type, domesticity, home jurisdiction, status, formation date, annual-report due date, registered agent (name, address, status), one or more office addresses (Registered Office and Principal Office at minimum), and a full filing history. Missouri does not publish ownership, members, managers, or officers for limited liability companies or for-profit corporations; the only legal-representative-style row consistently present is the registered agent. Fictitious Name registrations carry the registering principal in the Owner grid.
