Official Oregon business entity register maintained by the Secretary of State Corporation Division. Covers domestic and foreign business corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, nonprofit corporations, cooperatives, and assumed business names registered to do business in Oregon. Each entity carries a Registry Number of 3 to 9 digits, most often shown with a hyphen before the last two digits (e.g. "1496294-95", "087399-14"). The public Oregon Business Registry portal (egov.sos.state.or.us) provides searchable entity profiles with legal name, entity type, status, jurisdiction, registry date, next renewal date, registered agent, principals, and name history. The same register also publishes a weekly snapshot of all ACTIVE entities as the "Active Businesses - ALL" open dataset on data.oregon.gov (about 520k entities, no authentication, refreshed every Monday).
