Covers all for-profit corporations, limited liability companies, non-profit corporations, limited partnerships, limited liability partnerships, general partnerships, sole proprietorships, cooperatives, foreign business trusts, and the foreign variants of these structures registered to do business in Mississippi. Each entity carries a numeric Business ID (typically 6–7 digits) as the primary identifier.
