The portal at bizfilings.vermont.gov publishes every domestic and foreign for-profit corporation, nonprofit corporation, limited liability company, limited partnership, mutual benefit enterprise, cooperative association, partnership, limited liability partnership, unincorporated nonprofit association, plus assumed names, reserved names, and registered names. Each entity is assigned a Record Number (a 6-digit zero-padded integer, e.g. 074657) and an internal UUID. The register's public data service returns only the metadata of filing-image PDFs, not the files.
